With expertise in multiple modalities the primary therapeutic approaches utilized are Attachment, Cognitive Behavioral, and Person-Centered. I have worked in various settings such as schools, prisons/jails, drug and alcohol recovery, and in the community. While working in an outpatient setting, I have taught my clients yoga in addition to talk therapy.
